Recent legal filings have unveiled a shocking allegation involving actress Riley Keough, who is the granddaughter of Elvis Presley. According to court documents obtained by People, Keough allegedly donated her eggs to John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, as part of their efforts to start a family. The claims, which emerged in a contentious $50 million lawsuit, have been vehemently denied by both Keough and her grandmother, Priscilla Presley.
The lawsuit, filed on December 16, 2023, by former associates of Priscilla Presley, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, asserts that Keough engaged in a covert arrangement to provide her eggs to the Travolta family. These allegations suggest that this biological donation could have contributed to the birth of the Travolta’s youngest child, Benjamin Travolta, who is currently 15 years old.
In the court filings, it is claimed that Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of Lisa Marie Presley, informed Kruse that Kelly Preston was unable to conceive and that the Travolta family had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs for pregnancy. The complaint states that Lockwood, who reportedly faced financial difficulties, approached Kruse and Fialko with claims that Travolta sought Keough’s eggs to assist Preston in having a child.
Remarkably, the documents include assertions that Keough received an old Jaguar and cash ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 for her alleged donation. However, the legal filings do not clarify whether this agreement resulted in the birth of Benjamin or any other pregnancies.
Keough and Priscilla Presley have publicly condemned the allegations as false and harmful. In a statement made in September, they described the claims as baseless and emotionally distressing. The lawsuit also accuses Kruse and Fialko of fraud, breach of contract, and misappropriation of name and likeness, among other charges.
Marty Singer, a representative for Priscilla Presley, expressed strong disapproval of the accusations, stating that Kruse and Fialko have demonstrated a willingness to cross ethical lines to inflict distress on Priscilla and her family. Singer further noted that Kruse and Fialko have switched legal representation multiple times during this case, suggesting a disorganized approach to their claims.
The controversy intensifies with the implication that Benjamin Travolta may be genetically linked to the Presley lineage. A note cited in the complaint mentions “Ben Travolta” and “Kelly Preston carried baby,” while a text message reportedly from Priscilla referred to a “beautiful great-grandson.”
So far, neither John Travolta nor his representatives have commented publicly on the matter. Keough and Priscilla Presley have vowed to legally challenge these claims to safeguard their reputations and the well-being of their families. As the case unfolds, it has sparked significant conversation within Hollywood and beyond, raising questions about privacy, family dynamics, and the ethical boundaries of legal disputes.
