Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Finalize Divorce with Asset Split

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce, as reported by Page Six. The couple, who have been married since 2006, reached an agreement on various terms regarding their separation, including the custody of their two daughters and the division of assets.

According to court documents, both parties have waived any rights to spousal support. Under the terms of their agreement, Sunday Rose, aged 17, and Faith Margaret, aged 15, will remain with Kidman for 306 days each year. Urban is granted visitation rights, allowing him to spend “every other weekend” with the children.

The divorced couple also agreed that neither will pay child support, attributing this decision to their reported monthly incomes, which exceed $100,000 each. In addition, they have decided that all shared assets—including investments, bank accounts, household furnishings, vehicles, and personal belongings—will be divided by mutual consent, with each retaining what they currently possess. Both Kidman and Urban are responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.

It remains unclear whether a prenuptial agreement was in place prior to their marriage. Although a court hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, Kidman waived her right to appear in court, having returned from Australia the previous day, where she spent the holidays with her daughters. Kidman filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation.

The conclusion of their marriage marks a significant moment in the lives of both Kidman and Urban, who have been public figures for over two decades. As they move forward, both parents are reportedly committed to maintaining a cooperative relationship for the sake of their children.
