Apple has once again claimed the title of the world’s most valuable brand, according to Brand Finance’s Global 500 ranking for 2026. The technology giant’s brand value is estimated at $607 billion, reflecting a growth of 6% from the previous year.
Since its inception in 2007, Brand Finance has been assessing the world’s most valuable brands. Initial rankings in the Global 250 featured Coca-Cola at the top with a brand value of $43 billion, followed by Microsoft, Citi, and Walmart. At that time, Apple held the 43rd position, valued at $12 billion and rated AAA+, slightly above News Corp. Over the years, the tech sector has increasingly dominated these rankings.
This year, Apple leads a strong lineup of technology brands. In the top seven positions, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, NVIDIA, and TikTok/Douyin collectively represent a combined brand value of approximately $2.31 trillion, indicating a significant 15.8% increase year-over-year. While the top four brands remained unchanged, NVIDIA experienced remarkable growth, climbing to fifth place with a staggering 109% increase in brand value.
Apple’s continued dominance in the rankings is underscored by its consistent performance. The company maintained its AAA brand rating, reinforcing its status as a leader in the global marketplace. The increase in brand value from $574 billion last year to $607 billion this year showcases Apple’s resilience and appeal among consumers.
