As the market welcomed guests with a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony and carols, the aroma of mulled wine quickly filled the air. Attendees rushed to the bars, with one of the main Drink Huttes at Monument witnessing a significant surge in popularity. By the afternoon, a substantial line had formed, as visitors clamored for a taste of their favorite holiday beverages.
This year’s market features two primary Drink Huttes, one located at Monument and the other at the Family Village in Old Eldon Square. The offerings include a variety of drinks at competitive prices, ensuring there is something for everyone. Key prices include:
- D’Moose German Pilsner: £6.20
- Brinkhoff German Pilsner: £6.50
- Appleshed Dark Fruits Cider: £6.50

All draught beers are also available in steins for £12. For those seeking a warm drink, mulled wine and cider are priced at £6.50, with an additional 50p for special flavors like Winter Spice and Spiced Red Berry.
