Trump stated, “[They] officially become citizens of France. Which is, sadly, in the midst of a major crime problem because of their absolutely horrendous handling of immigration, much like we had under Sleepy Joe Biden.”
Clooney responded to Trump’s remarks by indicating his intent to contribute positively to America, stating he would begin his efforts in November, a clear nod to the upcoming midterm elections. He has previously referenced how Trump’s legacy will forever be marred by the events of January 6, 2021, when rioters stormed the U.S. Capitol.

He remarked, “Sure, everybody worries about it. But you know, if you spend your life worrying about things, then you won’t do things.” Clooney emphasized the importance of standing up for one’s beliefs, especially in challenging times.
