URGENT UPDATE: A 67-year-old man tragically died after being rescued from the sea off the coast of Withernsea, East Yorkshire, earlier today. Emergency services responded to distress calls reporting individuals in the water at approximately 3:15 PM on Friday, October 27, 2023.
Authorities from Humberside Police confirmed that the unconscious man was pulled from the sea during initial search efforts. Unfortunately, despite immediate medical intervention, he was pronounced dead at the scene shortly thereafter.
