Croatian Stylist Transforms into Real-Life Bratz Boy Doll at 55

At the age of 55, Croatian fashion stylist Neven Ciganović has embraced a remarkable transformation, redefining the norms of aging and self-image. His journey began at just 22 years old when he opted for cosmetic fillers to address a scar on his upper lip. This decision marked the start of a lifelong pursuit for personal perfection, blending artistry and surgical enhancement.

Living in Croatia and frequently traveling for his career, Ciganović has dedicated over two decades to sculpting himself into a striking figure reminiscent of a real-life Bratz boy doll. He boasts surgically enhanced blue eyes, defined cheekbones, and lips crafted for a perpetual smoulder. His extensive following on social media marvels at his flawless appearance, which he presents with a sense of pride and confidence.

“I’ve had eyelid lifts, several rhinoplasties, lip silicone, cheekbone implants, jaw and chin contouring, an eyebrow transplant, and even a permanent eye-colour change,” Ciganović shared. “There were fillers and lasers, the small things people forget to even count. It’s not shopping; it’s my confidence, my inner satisfaction.” This commitment to transformation has not only reshaped his physical appearance but also his self-perception.

Ciganović acknowledges that while he initially possessed natural good looks, he sought to defy the expectations often associated with aging. “People assume that good-looking young men age beautifully, but that’s not always true,” he explained. “I had a vision. And I kept going until I got there.”

Bratz dolls, known for their bold style and attitude, resonate with Ciganović. He prefers their aesthetic over the traditional Ken doll comparison often drawn to surgically enhanced men. “Bratz has more attitude and edge,” he remarked. “That fits me better.”

Yet, his path has not been without challenges. During a nose job in Iran, he faced a severe complication known as priapism, which entails persistent and painful erections. This serious condition necessitated three emergency surgeries to protect his health. “It was the scariest moment of my life,” Ciganović recalled. “Painful mentally and physically. I had to slow down and think differently. I’m more careful now. I research; I ask questions. I’m not impulsive anymore. But I still believe in becoming the best version of myself.”

Ciganović also understands the emotional connections many have with cosmetic enhancements. “There were times when I thought something could always be a little better,” he admitted. “But with experience, you learn to control that feeling. Harmony matters more.” This newfound self-assurance has led him to embark on a commercial venture, launching an adult content site that allows him full control over his image, audience, and income.

“People will always talk; I prefer they talk while I make money,” he stated with a shrug. Ciganović’s story reflects a complex interplay of self-expression, confidence, and the pursuit of personal ideals in a world increasingly focused on image. His journey continues to inspire many, encouraging individuals to embrace their own paths to self-discovery and transformation.
