However, the individual in question resolved to embrace new challenges by saying “yes” to opportunities that stirred excitement. This year, instead of typical New Year’s resolutions focused on denial, the aim was to accept new adventures, including training with top-tier acrobats.

The participant recalled previously performing there in a school choir, making this experience feel like a surreal full-circle moment.
Inside the hall, the atmosphere buzzed with energy as young British world champion tumbler Ramarni Levena, just 20 years old, displayed astonishing acrobatic feats, effortlessly defying gravity. Ramarni, who referred to working with Cirque du Soleil as a dream come true, shared his journey from a fan to a performer.
As the rehearsal progressed, Ramarni assisted with the transformation into a cricket, utilizing makeup that would soon complement the handmade costume. The process of becoming a vibrant green cricket was unexpectedly intricate, involving a two-part bodysuit and headpiece, crafted over approximately 75 hours. Training with the Best
Training sessions took place in a fully equipped gym developed by the production team within the Royal Albert Hall. Ramarni’s dedication was evident as he mentioned training daily, with Christmas being the only day off last year. For the participant, the training involved flying on straps, spinning, and learning foot juggling techniques with kiwi fruit.
Despite initial trepidation, the thrill of flying through the air quickly became addictive. As the participant adjusted to the aerial straps, feelings of weightlessness and exhilaration replaced any nerves.
