In September 2025, Adlington revealed her pregnancy with partner Andy Parsons, expressing a mix of excitement and caution. This marks the third child for the couple, who welcomed their son, Albie Bennett Parsons, in March 2021. They married five months later in an intimate ceremony in Cheshire, attended by 80 guests.
Adlington has been open about the challenges she faced during this pregnancy. Previously, she suffered a miscarriage in October 2023 and lost another child at 12 weeks in 2022. The couple met on the dating app Bumble in 2018, two years after Adlington’s split from her ex-husband, Harry. Andy Parsons, who previously worked as a sales assistant at Disneyland Paris and a project manager in property management, moved from Liverpool to live with Adlington in Manchester in 2019.
